1. Login to the Hotmail account.
2. Click on the gear icon.
3. The click on Options.
4. Under the Junk mail heading, click on Blocked Senders.
5. Enter the email ids to be blocked in the field.
6. Press Enter.
7. If there are more than one email id to be blocked then click on + icon.
8. Finally click on Save.
9. Else user can create rule for particular email id that messages received from that id should be deleted.
10. Else user can go to Filters and Reporting.
11. Select the option for sending all the emails in the junk folder except the contacts saved in the contact list.
